Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

Are any items non-returnable?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened beauty, skincare or haircare products, gift cards, or promotional items.

How do I start a return?

  1. Email us at info@bbrebels.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Send the item back to us. (Unless faulty, return postage is at your cost. Please use a tracked service.)

When will I get my refund?

Once we’ve received and checked your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, if stock is available. Please email us first so we can confirm.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

Legal Rights (the small print)

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if your goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
